Wealthy delivery-company owner. Polished appearance with a grimy mouth. Always suspicious.
Mr. Finesse (African American, 40s, older appearance)
Old-school hustler type constantly selling overpriced nonsense.
Delivery Opp Boys (Various races, late 20s)
Two loud, clueless rivals working for a competing delivery company.
Cousin Meechi (African American, early 30s)
Lazy, entitled cousin who believes the family fortune belongs to him.

The 4th Annual Christmas in the DMV Concert continues to solidify its place as a must-attend DMV holiday event, highlighting the power of consistency, collaboration, and culture. If this year was any indication, the future of this concert and DMV music, is brighter than ever.
